Real-Time PCR Detection Kit
The AsurDxTM Equine Babesia (BBC) Real-Time PCR detection kit uses the TaqMan probe method for real-time fluorescence PCR. Specific primers for Babesia caballi are designed in combination with a specific probe. Fluorescence PCR is used to amplify and detect the nucleic acid of Babesia caballi in vitro for the etiological diagnosis of suspected infections.
