AsurDx™ Fast qRT-PCR UNG Master Mix
The AsurDxTM Fast qRT-PCR UNG Master Mix is a one-step, probe-based reagent for reverse transcription and real-time PCR. Designed for direct amplification from crude samples without RNA extraction, it contains a blend of RT and DNA polymerases, UNG, and an optimized buffer system with dNTPs (including dUTP) to streamline high-throughput testing. Compatible with major qPCR platforms including ABI, Bio-Rad, Eppendorf, and Roche.

Storage
The kit is transported on wet ice. All components should be kept at -20℃ for long-term storage and 4℃ for up to 3 months. Please mix thoroughly after thawing and centrifuge before using. Avoid frequent freeze-thaw.
Precautions
- For amplification of longer fragments (>200 bp) or primers with low annealing temperatures, use a three-step method
- Optimize probe/primer concentrations as needed
- Avoid opening PCR tubes post-run to reduce contamination risk
- Use separate pipettes and workspace for pre- and post-PCR steps
