AsurDx™ Hot-Start qPCR UNG Master Mix

The AsurDxTM Hot-Start qPCR UNG Master Mix is a probe-based, one-step qPCR reagent designed for high sensitivity, rapid amplification, and false-positive prevention. With a fast-acting hot-start polymerase (Superstart Taq Plus), optimized buffer with dNTPs, and UNG/dUTP system, this master mix enables accurate quantification—even in challenging samples. Compatible with leading real-time PCR platforms including ABI, Bio-Rad, Roche, and Eppendorf.

Reagent Composition

Supplied as a 2X master mix (probe-based):

  • Superstart Taq Plus DNA Polymerase
  • Uracil-N-Glycosylase (UNG)
  • PCR Buffer
  • MgCl2
  • dNTPs (including dUTP)
  • Stabilizer

Storage

The kit is transported on wet ice. All components should be kept at -20℃ for long-term storage and 4℃ for up to 3 months.  Please mix thoroughly after thawing and centrifuge before using. Avoid frequent freeze-thaw.

Precautions

  • For amplification of longer fragments (>200 bp) or primers with low annealing temperatures, use a three-step method
  • Optimize probe/primer concentrations as needed
  • Avoid opening PCR tubes post-run to reduce contamination risk
  • Use separate pipettes and workspace for pre- and post-PCR steps
