The AsurDxTM PPRV Wild Strain and Vaccine Strain Dual (PPRV W/V) Real-Time PCR detection kit is suitable for detecting Peste des Petits Ruminants Wild Strain (PPRV-W) and Vaccine Strain (PPRV-V) RNA in various samples, such as tonsils, lymph nodes, and the boundary areas between diseased and healthy tissues, as well as in whole blood. It is used as an auxiliary diagnostic tool for PPRV-W and PPRV-V infections.
