Bovine anaplasmosis, primarily caused by Anaplasma marginale, is an infectious disease affecting cattle worldwide. The disease is commonly transmitted through infected ticks and biting flies and can cause anemia, fever, weakness, reduced milk production, weight loss, and, in severe cases, death.
