AsurDx™ TMB Substrate
AsurDx™ TMB Substrate can be used for peroxidase-based enzyme immunoassays. Upon oxidation, 3,3’,5,5’‐tetramethylbenzidine (TMB) forms a water-soluble blue reaction product that can be measured spectrophotometrically at 605-650 nm. Upon acidification, the reaction product becomes yellow with an absorbance peak at 450 nm.
*Warning: Read the Safety Data Sheets (SDSs) and follow the handling instructions. Wear appropriate protective eyewear, clothing, and gloves. For Research Use Only. Not for use in diagnostic procedures.
Features of TMB Substrate Solution
